However, it can be difficult to scroll through your collection to find multiple copies of the same card. The main issue for the lower stars is the lack of a midtier shipping option between PWE and ground advantage. With USPS cracking down on PWEs, there should be a non-machinable option that sits between the two. The only additions to shipping have been high cost options no one is paying for when shipping lower value cards. ### 2/5 — Good But Doesn’t Tell Me Prices! *2026-08-17, version 4.0.4* I’m just a humble guy collecting football cards as a hobby of mine to see what they’re worth. But when I scanned my Dylan Sampson Rainbow Rookie Card, it thought it was a baseball card from the 90s! And it didn’t tell me the price of it! I’m deleting this and getting a different app! ### 3/5 — Issues with searching *2026-08-17, version 4.0.4* Since I upgraded to the paid version, I get constant error messages which is annoying. Not sure why this is. Overall not a bad app. 500 cards for feee version is a bit frustrating. They need to do some work on this. A mega box resurgence (NFL) cards need to be scanned 10+ times and once they scanner reads them they are usually the wrong card! The eBay scanner is more accurate. The other features in the app are great. ### 3/5 — Half of it works. *2026-08-15, version 4.0.4* It’s pretty cool. Strict. Kinda feel like the “lenient” mode would be tougher than PSA. But it’s not adding prices onto all of my cards. Sometimes it does. Most of the time it doesn’t. Doesn’t see autographs. I also cannot move my scans/cards into other folders. The search is not showing everything. If you don’t pay for the premium subscription you simply cannot print shipping labels from a PC. Many of the sellers are great people but CollX support are some the most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with. I pay yearly for Pro and still get treated trash. Purchasing cards is great until there is an issue with delivery. The post office can’t use the tracking numbers the platform provides and the platform won’t reimburse you for lost orders. Terrible, terrible experience. I will be cancelling my subscription and will find a new platform.
