The lights are good looking, but i get a headache trying to connect the things. the developers obviously don't know what they're doing. I've never had a harder time connecting something in my life

I get a notice under settings once I’m signed into my hex that says device needs updating. It appears to go through but nothing updates. Same notice is there.

Will work fine for a while but then all of the sudden it will just disconnect. I will reset everything and then out of the blue it will tell me it can’t connect to WiFi. I’ve deleted both my devices again & it won’t let me connect anymore (yes I’m on the WiFi ghz it’s requesting, I turn off anything private too so it can connect). After 5+ years I’m ready to toss them.
