Since making the switch about a year ago this app is trash. ### 1/5 — Online *2025-09-29, version 4018.0.0* Colony bank online banking is HORRIBLE!! ### 2/5 — It’s Time To Switch *2025-08-04* It’s extremely embarrassing when you shop or eat out and the sales or waitress says they don’t take Discover card, even if you tell them to run it as credit. Colony bank says call and we will get them to take Discover??? It doesn’t work that way because Discover charges fees to the recipient. My card is up for renewal in February and if we don’t get the new Visa card like the Colony credit card, we will be going to a different bank that doesn’t use Discover. Chat support is unhelpful with bill pay/zelle; they tell me to disable pop up blocker.
