## What is Colony Counter?

Colony Counter helps you count bacteria colonies in Petri dish images using your iPhone.
The app works entirely on the device and uses photos taken with the iPhone camera or selected from the photo library. No external hardware, pairing, or login is required.

Capture a photo of a Petri dish or select an existing image, and the app automatically counts visible colonies.
Automatic colony detection
Uses an on-device machine learning model to identify and count colonies from images.
Manual counting option
Manually add or adjust colony counts for greater control.

Notes
