Money trap. Selfie won’t upload. You get an error message and they charge $15 for nothing.

We absolutely do not charge users without providing access to the purchased features, and we’re happy to assist with any issue or refund-related concern.

When you click on certain options there are dead ends where you are not able to click back to the homepage, you literally have to exit the app an reopen it to get back to the homepage. This happens after you do the analysis and it gives you your palette and you click on the season under your Color Identity. It’s so frustrating.

As soon as you take a picture (which is the first thing you do) you have to pay to see the results. 💀🤦🏼‍♀️

The app description on the App Store mentions that access to the full analysis features requires a subscription. Taking a picture is the first step in starting that analysis, but the results are displayed once a subscription is active.

We also want to assure you about your privacy: images are processed on your device and are not saved on our servers or stored in the app after processing. This helps protect your personal information.
