Merci de votre patience 😊 ### 3/5 — Fun but held back by greed *2026-07-30* Got decently far into the game (level 84) before realizing there are certain levels that literally cannot be beaten without using one or multiple aids (which you can’t acquire enough of without paying). Was happy to pay for no ads, but takes the challenge out of the game that there are some levels you straight up can’t beat without using aids. Part of the problem is the “hidden” mechanic where you can’t see the next color up or scroll down to see the full path of each column. This takes the strategy out of the game and reduces the outcome to luck/brute-force. At the harder levels you need to juggle colors you don’t need, not being able to see what that selection opens up destroys the strategy/users control. This is made even worse by the fact that the main engaging mechanic of treasure hunts requires you to beat levels first try! I’ve also experience a level I literally could not beat because the order I chose to use my colors. This is would be great and a sign of a challenge, if not for the fact that I couldn’t make an informed choice due to the game limiting your information so you’re encouraged to use the paid power ups/revives. I hope they fix it, a fun idea and great mechanics/core loop. You’d probably make more money if you kept the user coming back instead of trying to force money out of them. **Developer response:** Thank you for your detailed feedback. I've been stuck on the same deterministic level for over a week. Unlike some previous levels, there is no option to watch an ad to continue, despite messaging that implies you can continue "for free." Instead, I'm repeatedly pushed toward spending money or coins to progress. Looking through the reviews, I'm clearly not the only player reporting problems with the "Fail Offer" and confusing or misleading continue options. That's a major concern. I live in Connecticut, a state with strong consumer protection laws, and I have documented my experience. I will be filing complaints with Apple and the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection asking them to review whether these practices are deceptive or misleading. Consumers deserve clear, truthful advertising and a game that functions as represented—not messaging that appears to pressure players into spending money to continue.
