You go to accept a prize in the event and get something else. So if it shows a shuffle u get a bus power up or a select power up. Hard to keep track of what u are actually getting especially from the chests. Would be nice if that was fixed. Now I have enjoyed playing. Relaxing game. Even bought the gold pass. High level player I have played so much. Imagine my surprise when I log in today to find my game reset all the way back to level 65!!! What on earth??? All to play the Lava game? And coins missing along with power ups. So are you going to just keep on resetting players back to earlier levels every time u update the game? I think I’ll finish filling my safe to get my coins and not invest so much time. I am just appalled that this has happened to my game. Updates happen yes. But all my progress and coins and boosters gone. I had a level where everything was clear, but the level didn’t end. Then had a row of people that were frozen unless I used a power up.
