This is the third time I’ve tried to open it and it won’t open. Since I bought the app….yes, I liked it that much….I can reinstall it but I lose all of the pictures I’ve already done and also the special events. After having colored enough to earn the 25 points it takes to open them, which takes too long, by the way….I have to start all over. Help! So I went ahead and spent the $64 for premium. What I’m not understanding is the event. It ends in 7 days. But..... There was a recent update on your app. The bad thing new, is that when your done with your picture, you can’t just exit. You get a bunch of other choices of what to do with the picture on the bottom, and the “continue” button, which is at the very bottom, and hardly able to be seen, doesn’t work. I have to get out of your app, close it, then get back in to color another picture. Please fix this. Now you can’t get out of the picture you finished unless you close the app and open it back up! The collection continues to grow as they add new pictures every day ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fix your app! *2022-10-28, version 2.6.5* I used to love this app but after a recent update the app freezes at various times and I have to exit and reopen the app. However the most annoying thing is that while I’m coloring, the picture constantly disappears and then reappears. The app is just unstable at this point. Please fix it. ### 1/5 — Still being maintained? *2022-09-10, version 2.5.22* They introduced a bug two versions ago, and I pointed out in March. Basically if you go into a picture you started coloring and color more, the current state of the picture is not displayed, although the state is saved. Should be pretty easy to fix since it used to work, but I contacted them at least five times and they keep saying they’re working on it. ### 1/5 — Downloaded then deleted *2020-02-20, version 2.2.5* Seems like you can’t do much of anything with this app unless you spend money. You have to pay for hints, certain pictures, etc. you have to use gems that you either have to buy, or watch ads in order to get. I don’t have time to watch a bunch of ads just so I can get gems, and I can’t afford to pay for a membership. There are other good apps I can use for free, but not this one. Paid the $50 to unlock all pictures for a lifetime a few months ago app worked fine got all the pictures. Well went on one day and app would come up and then go black and kicked off back to my home screen. Emailed the app developers asking for an update to fix the app finally after a few days the update was available so I’ve updated the app went to go on and same thing as before got kicked off and right back to my home screen on my phone!!! Total ripoff dont pay to unlock pictures because the app wont work after!!! **Developer response:** Dear User, We are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. Since I can’t change any settings I am forced to listen to the music which is very annoying when I am coloring and watching a movie at the same time. It also keeps me from hiding my colored pictures so I have to scroll through all of the colored pics to find an uncolored picture. PLEASE FIX!!! Secondly, while the app shows you have available hints to use you cannot use these hints as the app will claim you do not have enough gems to use them. Most pictures seem geared to children, but I wanted a coloring app that offers a challenge with great pictures that keep me interested. So far, this app seems to be doing it for me. It’s challenging with great pictures, and now it’s fun again! While there is a subscription option, for every picture you color you get these gems to unlock premium pictures.
