Made some changes to the color of the text…didn’t take, attempted to apply back ground color the screen froze. Closed the app with reopen the note was there - no background or font color. I keep updating and nothing happens. Recently they updated the app and I thought I had lost the app altogether. Several years worth of notes all gone. Today I was searching and I realized that I hadn’t completely lost the app? But the app tile had a change of look so I didn’t recognize it. I opened the app expecting to be able to access all my old saved notes and unfortunately you can’t access anything without logging in. I’m pretty sure at some point I used my email to forward a backup of notes to myself but it’s been a long time. So I used my email. Went to the archived notes…nothing. I logged out, logged in with my Apple ID, went to the archived notes…still nothing. This is super frustrating!! Most of the notes I had it doesn’t matter if I lost. But there were a couple that I absolutely could not lose. I was already annoyed when I lost notes before when I first started using it because I didn’t save. But then I always saved the notes from then on out. If there’s another way to access the notes I don’t know what it is and I am super irritated that I wasn’t notified the app would be updating and that info could be lost. ### 1/5 — I did the update BIG mistake! *2021-11-02, version 2.3* I did the new update and yes looks totally different and all my notes are gone! Now we cannot restore it in any shape or form. Even paid on my wife's phone to the paid version, because it said dedicated support, but we cannot find any support. We'd love to find our archived notes. Could you please help? Thank you ### 1/5 — You Ruined It! *2024-10-11, version 2.6* I used to love this. I’ve used it for years and for many things. But with the last update, it changed. Now when I go into an existing note to edit it, the keyboard pops up as well as a bunch of options for text formatting options. With the keyboard and ALL formatting option shown, there is no room left to see the note I’m trying to edit. So if I want to delete something, I can’t see how far to backspace to delete it. It’s just ridiculous and useless! I had it on both my iPhone 14 and iPad Pro, but soon found that edits on one device didn’t appear at all on the other. Then I discovered that there was no keyboard access on the iPad so I couldn’t edit on that, only on my phone. Worst of all, documents I created on my phone later appeared completely blank when I clicked on them. The lists I’d made just disappeared. This happened multiple times and I finally gave up on the app. ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2023-04-25, version 2.4* I put notes in this app but some of them have disappeared and I can not find them. I also tried to report the problem but the website says that reporting is disabled. ### 1/5 — Can’t Use *2023-03-18, version 2.4* The first time I tried to save a note, an add for Quickbooks came up that I could not get out of, even after the add was done playing. There is nothing “free” about the free version, if you can’t use it.
