Highly recommend for all ages of people whom experience times of anxiety. Overactive children, I believe, would benefit by completing one, possibly two of these a month. I didn’t check to see if there was an age limit, in the description, but I have children and feel they could have begun completing these pics as early as 3 or 4 - basically once they’re able to count to at least 200. For adults, like me, it’s a way to decompress from a busy or hectic day. Or a wind-down time before bed and prayers. Suggestion: turn on soft Christian music while “painting.” Complete the picture.
