Still not receiving any as well as some other colorstreet stylists. These have always worked until recently and I’ve reported this issue several times and they’ve not been able to fix it. The only way to know if there’s a notification at this point is to manually check the app in notifications or if you get an email. Disappointing ### 2/5 — Reinstall *2022-04-05, version 2.90.0* About once a month I have to reinstall this app to get it to work. ### 2/5 — Awful app! *2021-10-04, version 2.89.5* I’m Updating my review, and sadly, it’s no better than the first one. The app is still the most frustrating one I have worked with. I’ve been a stylist for a year this month. I have to re-sign in every time I use it, and now it’s added the Canada or USA button, which I should not have to re-enter each time. The back button rarely works, so If I go into orders, for instance and look at one order, when I go out it will take me right back to the start, and I have to sign in again( no it does not remember my previous sign in credentials) and then make the USA or Canada choice again. The other half of the time it just rolls and doesn’t work at all. The training points still do not work and save your place in a session. I can’t use them anyway, because the “trade points for merchandise” function has not worked for nearly a year. It does not give a choice of which party to apply purchases to when I order, so therefore I have lost host rewards on multiple occasions. Isn’t there a VO and app development team with a multi million dollar company? After a year it should be working, but it barely works. This app just scrolls when you try to shop. I’ve loaded and unloaded several times. This app is so bad, it’s frustrating. I’m supposed to run my business with it, but it crashes, you can’t navigate back, you have to start over and try to remember where you were. It’s overwhelming enough to be a new stylist, without a terrible app. I spent all morning watching training videos and then it crashed. When I signed back in, it did not show my progress! I list all the points I’d gathered. ### 3/5 — Logging in - messed up! 7-16-21 *2021-07-15, version 2.88.4* This app was working great until the last week or two. Now when I try to log in it says wrong user name and password, then closes the option to enter my user name and password. What changed? ### 3/5 — Lots of functionality and efficiency tools *2021-07-01* But it’s super buggy. App crashes when trying to view Trng videos. Even trying to view different ones the same thing happens. Then the completion points don’t load automatically. Switching from screen to screen require long load time whether on wifi or lte. It seems to work for a few minutes after restarting my phone, and then the app crashes again. I really want to rate the app higher but until the bugs are worked out I just can’t. ### 2/5 — No points for training videos after update *2021-04-28* I’ve tried on both platforms and cannot get credit for watching the training videos. Have sent an email but they have not helped me get it corrected. I cannot even delete it and reinstall. It only lets me hide it. They don’t change to read after I read them and they don’t go away after I click on trash can to delete. Also get multiple notifications of same messages To shop, it doesn’t bring up the list when I click shop all for quite some time! ### 4/5 — Love the app *2020-12-13* Only problem I am having is when doing the training sessions. If the video is longer than 15 minutes the app shuts down when the video is done and I have to sign in again. Then I don’t get credit for watching the video so I have to rewatch it. When I get a notification and click on it I’m taken to the app but the notification never loads. ### 3/5 — Unstable *2020-10-02* When the app is working, it’s just what I need, al in one place. Unfortunately, it won’t load the initial screen fully (on my iPhone anyway) so I have to delete and re-download every couple of weeks.
