### 1/5 — unusable past 20 seconds

you can only use it for 20 seconds at a time unless you want to sign for “free trial” or pay. there’s no way to close out of that screen, so every 20 seconds have to close it and reopen it which undoes anything you’ve clicked. I’ll never know if the product could be worth it because the app won’t let me use it enough to want to commit.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the honest and constructive feedback. You were absolutely right. The 20-second gating created a frustrating experience and made it hard to evaluate the app properly.

I’ve updated the app to remove that limitation so you can now explore it freely. Going forward, the app is usable without that interruption, while some advanced features are reserved for Pro.

### 4/5 — A solid all-in-one color app, but still a bit raw

Cons:
The color wheel doesn’t support HEX input on the home screen, which is disappointing. This makes it impossible to generate complementary, triadic, or other schemes from a specific color.

Pros:
The Tools section is very promising. The contrast checker is my favorite feature, and the Color Psychology section is a rare and very useful addition.

Suggestion:
Adding HSB and HSL modes would make the app more complete and satisfying.

### 3/5 — Would love a way to type color ID

It’s hard to find specific colors while dragging the selection tool around. This app would be PERFECT if you could select the HEX or RGB boxes up top and manually type the colors as well (instant 5-star review for that in the future!) Otherwise the color wheel works great, and I love having multiple options to find harmonic colors.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the great feedback. That was a very good suggestion, and I’ve added manual color entry so you can type values directly instead of only dragging the selector.

It has an annoying 29 second free trial if you don’t sign up for a three day free trial that converts to a subscription. 
My chief complaint, in addition to the 20 second trial, is that it does not do call…At least I cannot figure out if it does CMY in those 20 seconds. 
Maybe it’s useful. Maybe not. No way to tell with how they set the initial impression and experience.

I buy apps like this. I do not pay for subscriptions. There was no indication the app was subscription based until after it was downloaded which was irritating. I immediately deleted it.

The app now offers a Lifetime purchase option, so you can unlock everything with a one-time payment and no subscription. I’ve also continued improving the app with many new features and a much more polished experience overall.

I’d be grateful if you’d consider giving it another look. If the updated version feels like a better fit, I hope you’ll consider updating your review to reflect the current app.
