My only issue is, I currently can’t afford ohuhu markers so the palette generator is kinda useless for me. I've checked my phone settings, nothing there. I've reached out to the email suggested for support on the app, no response. I'm at a loss as other's are able to post comments. This is not an issue with any other of my apps.
