But their lines are very competitive and their customer service has been great. Support is phenomenal and bonuses are frequent, especially for active players. However, interface is well below other sports books and the app often shuts down or logs you out. Was easy to deposit money , had no troubles finding anything. It was in there but I was not used to the interface. I reached out to BetFred customer service and I had it resolved within five minutes. Competitive lines, great promos [they gave me the best NFL promo I’ve received and I’m signed up at every book with my friend Dale], and they added PayPal deposit/withdrawal which makes everything easier. Withdrawals are quick too. The only thing I don’t like about the app is it’s a little slow and when you Switch windows to check other apps it logs you out sometimes. Maybe that’s just me. oh and Face ID would be awesome. It’s incredibly laggy, doesn’t offer a variety of live lines, has very time consuming withdrawal methods, and it’s horribly ran. They might have to leave colorado soon they are having so many issues. WARNING!! Ok this one is so ridiculous I can’t even believe it’s happening. Today - October 17, 2023 - during the Tampa Bay Lightning Buffalo Sabres game, Buffalo was up 1-0 in the first period. The BetFred app showed the game total line as 2.5 so I put $100 on over 2.5 at -154. AFTER I placed the bet, they changed my bet to ONLY Tampa Bay over 2.5, which of course lost. I contacted support, thinking this was surely an error. They flat out lied about it despite my proof of a screen shot showing their game total line at 2.5 when I placed the bet. They are refusing to make this right in any way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR DEPOSIT ANY MONEY!! IF YOU HAVE MONEY IN THIS APP, TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT RIGHT NOW!! ### 1/5 — Decent book but god awful app *2023-05-12* App constantly freezes, lines are difficult to find, logs you out after 10 seconds if you don't keep app open, and encounter inexplicable error screens. I've been staring at it for 30 minutes trying to find a few golf lines that I located on other books in less than 20 seconds. Worst of all, no search function. Imagine if mgm was developed by an amateur software developer for a school project. It's worse than that **Developer response:** That doesn't sound right! Please reach out to our Player Experience Team at support.co@betfred.com, and we can help you resolve the issues. ### 1/5 — Good live bets but the bet slip selections need to be fixed *2023-01-28, version 1.3.0* Live bets are good but only if the selection works on the betslip tab in the app. I’ll explain: when a selection is made; moneyline, spread, whatever, and then you click on the “betslip” tab or area and then when it comes up, the selections you made disappear or don’t register in the betslip. He gets cheapshotted and injured 20 seconds in and they won’t credit me. Any other book gives you that as a site credit but not Freddy. So many books in Colorado, why waste your time with this one? Zero stars if possible ### 1/5 — “Never miss a bet” *2022-05-14, version 1.3.0* Wrong. Their slogan is all wrong. I tried to place a live bet about 15 times and it said it was in my bet slip. It wasn’t. I could never place the bet. Moved my bet to a more reputable book. Won the bet. Clearly they knew the bet was going to win they held out. Tough. ### 1/5 — Trash *2022-05-05, version 1.3.0* Half the time you try to choose a bet, it won’t pull it through to the bet slip. Also doesn’t like to show you your existing bets sometimes. And takes a few minutes to update your bankroll after placing bets. All around one of the worst Sportsbook experiences I’ve had. ### 1/5 — The site is frustratingly unresponsive *2022-05-05, version 1.3.0* It is extremely vexing when you select the team you wanna bet on, it shows it to be on the bet slip but when you go to put in a wager, it’s just a blank white screen. Of the 10 or so bets I've tried to make, I was only able to execute 3 of them. I don’t know what the deal is. ### 1/5 — Worst Book In The Country *2022-02-15, version 1.3.0* App hardly works, terrible design and function. Support is rude. If you decide to try to use a promotion make sure you read the fine print. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Sportsbook.
