ne peut voir votre icone sur mon ecran et vitre application nentre pas dans mo imessage

L application ne fonctionne pas sur iPhone X et IOS 11.4
Et d ailleurs même sur les IOS précédents 
L application n est pas gratuite il serait donc évident de faire une mise a jour ……cela fait un moment que j attend et rien 
Merci de faire le nécessaire

I installed this app & the blue emoji but I can't find it anywhere in iMessage or on my device. 
UPDATE: OK I had to update my ios. Seems to work fine now.
