I have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app because it turns on the sound and music on its own and I can’t turn it off. Super annoying.

I love this game but even with the sound on in the app and my phone volume all the way up there is no sound. So when playing the short drama in the game I have no sound and can’t hear the drama short videos.

I enjoyed the game but had a problem with my iphone. When Apple sent me a new one, the game progress did not transfer over. It loaded totally new with ZERO progress.

I paid for the app and have enjoyed it quite a lot. However this week it has started playing music and will not stop. I have already turned off the sounds in the settings.

Something glitched on the game so I had to restart it and I’ve done that anyway I’m back at the beginning and I was a long ways through this game and I was really loving it. It was one of my favorite games but if I have to start back at the beginning i will uninstall it.

週間ランキング1位になって貰えた景品のフレームが、6日間でまた鍵が掛かってしまう。期間限定ならランキングを頑張る意味がなくなってしまいます。それと、世界ランキングは、何を基準にしているのでしょうか？日本版では、まだ始まってない物のランキングでしょうか？色々クリアしても、パズルとは別のトロフィーみたいなアイコンが0のままです。一斉に始めないと、差がついてしまって絶対追いつかない。ランキングの意味とは？

まず、週間ランキング1位で獲得できるフレームは期間限定の報酬です。そのため、期間終了後に再びロックされる仕様となっています。

ランキングの順位は、基本的にクリアしたステージ数を基準にしています。

現在のバージョンで用意されている最大ステージまでクリアすると、「リーグステージ」に進むことができます。リーグステージをクリアするとトロフィーを獲得でき、このトロフィーはリセットされず、継続して累積されます。

全員が現在の最大ステージまでクリアした場合は、トロフィーの数によって順位が決まり、トロフィー数も同じ場合は、先にクリアしたプレイヤーが上位になります。

また、パズルとは別に表示されているトロフィーの数が0なのは、現在リーグステージをプレイしていないためです。

ランキングの仕組みが分かりにくく、ご不安を感じさせてしまい申し訳ありません。これからもランキングを楽しんでいただければ幸いです。

時間制限なく遊べるのが素晴らしい。広告みてもやる価値ある。ただ、広告がペニス治療の病院の広告ばかりでとても不快。女性には全く刺さらないし、直接的な表現が多くて気持ち悪い。正直見るのも不快。毎回イライラしているので、星1マイナス。

The app lets you watch ads to earn coins after completing puzzles. But the recent ads for some kind of merge horror game are traumatizing me! I may have to delete this app if this keeps happening. Seriously sickening ads.

This game is pretty fun and for the most part relaxing. But. There have been times I have tapped on a pic I’ve already done (by accident), or just not one I want to do. It would be awesome to be able to cancel our option and go back to our choices. Instead, I have to uninstall and reinstall the ap. Kind of a waste of time, but hey, it’s free! It would also be great for the levels we do every week would go higher than 22, as when I’m done (like now) I have to wait two days for it to reset so I can earn more puzzle pieces. Bummer

I went to play my game today and it says I need to update it. when I go to the App Store to update it, no update is available. When will it be available so I can play again?

I understand adds helping to keep a game free but it is ridiculous for you to add links into the game. You cannot even get through a level before being redirected to weird websites. Deleted after the second time it happened.

タイトル通り。クリアしたら続けるか報酬アップ（広告あり）の選択が出ます。こういったのは大体報酬なしの続けるを押しても何回かに１回は広告が出るものですが、こちらのアプリは毎回広告がでます。続けるの方には広告マークはついてません。体感報酬アップよりは短くスキップできてる感はしますが、広告出てる時点で意味はない。なら最初から報酬アップだけにしてほしい。それならイライラした時点でアプリ削除してた。課金者しか快適には遊べないアプリ。クリアしたら毎回必ず広告を見なければならないのさえなければ★4にしたいぐらいにはとても楽しい。

I have been playing your game for a little while now. I had completed two of your soccer event whatever it was called. I had one anything left on the second set and then I was gonna go on the last set. I opened up my game today and it was all gone. It was like it was a brand new game I had to start at the beginning. Made me sick to my stomach so disappointing is there anyway you can fix it put me back to my original game I would appreciate it and I would keep playing if I have to start at the beginning I have to uninstall.
