I don’t know what the problem I check the apple store to see if needed an update but it have one on there. The owners said that there was an option to click on. I downloaded the app and saw the 3 day free trial. What I didn’t see - was the “small print” to click on so I wouldn’t be charged. I pressed CONTINUE - expecting to have another window open with the option for the 3 day free trial. About 10 minutes after I opened the Colorist app I realized that I didn’t want it. I promptly contacted the owners and asked them to please cancel it. I haven’t gotten a response but I thought it was handled until I saw the charge to my account this morning. I emailed Apple this morning but haven’t heard from them. Can you please CANCEL it and REFUND the charge? I haven’t used it since and will delete it. Thank you for your help. P.s. Have you noticed that they don’t respond to the reviews that request a refund? Since it was my mistake I would be willing to pay a token amount for the few days I’ve had it. **Developer response:** Hi there! Sorry that this happened to you. In order to use the app for free, you needed to close the welcome screen by clickin on a cross at the top on the left, not "Continue". This can be fixed now and you can cancel subscription in your iTunes account. The subscription info was annoying when I just wanted some free pics to color. I hated the way the pics were colored. This app got downloaded and my child agreed to the 3 day trial! Now I can’t find how to cancel it before it’s over and I get charged almost $50!!! Absolutely ridiculous! ### 1/5 — Money Hungry *2018-12-13, version 1.13* I downloaded this app and it wouldn’t let me even view the coloring pages without agreeing to a 3 day trial for the premium. I don’t have my credit card on file on my ipad so i can’t be automatically billed for stuff like this. I deleted the app because I’m not going to keep something when I can’t even view it first.
