## What is ColorMargin?

ColorMargin is a private, on-device service economics tool for independent hair colorists, booth renters, and solo stylists who buy their own products and set their own prices.

Record the products and actual grams used in a color service. ColorMargin calculates the material cost from your landed package costs, then shows an estimated contribution after the discount, direct supplies, card-fee estimate, and labor allowance you choose.

No account. No developer cloud. No advertising or third-party analytics. Products, optional local aliases, formula labels, and service records stay on your device unless you explicitly export them with Apple’s system share sheet.

Estimated contribution is a planning result, not accounting profit, tax advice, or a guarantee. Version 1 uses US dollars and product mass in grams; it does not convert volume to mass.
