### 1/5 — DOES NOT SUPPORT iPhone 12 Pro Max

Multiple troubleshooting with their tech support and the app/device will not work with an iPhone 12 Pro Max.  Had to borrow an old iPad from my neighbor (which does not have a lightning port) to get the lights programmed.  I tried with two different iPhone 12 Pro Max devices, tried multiple cables and lightning headphone adapters- nothing worked.
Their tech support tried it with a normal iPhone 12 and claim with some settings tweaks they were able to get it to work, but the same tweaks were not successful on my iPhone 13 Pro Max.
