I track my sleep with Fitbit, so I have an objective view. I practise good sleep hygiene and am generally well rewarded with good sleep BUT I have to cope with numerous stressors so will find my sleep impacted from time to time.
I found this app in the app store. Colour therapy interests me, and I have used sound therapy over the years. I downloaded and tried the app last night.
The colours are beautiful. The seashore sounds so peaceful! I had the best night’s sleep (in terms of continuity, balance and quality) that I have ever observed on my Fitbit app (in 6 years!).
I was astounded … and needless to say I have taken a 6 months subscription.
