The Lucas Colour & Concierge app is part of Lucas' Dulux Contract Partnership and works in conjunction with the Lucas Colour Sensor providing a colour and aftercare service. This allows building owners, contractors, architects, interior designers, specifiers and maintenance teams to scan a painted surface and be presented with a choice of appropriate colours from the Dulux Colour System. Once chosen, the user is presented with a number of choices. Firstly, the user has the ability to choose a suitable colour scheme and swipe between various colour palettes such as monochromatic, complementary, triadic and more. Secondly, the user has the ability to order paint from the nearest Dulux Decorator Centre (DDC). Alternatively, the user may choose to send a work request to Lucas and can scan multiple painted surfaces, take images of the work area to be done and fill in a request form that will be sent immediately to the Lucas Concierge desk for a quick turnaround of cost and implementation by the Lucas Prompt service team if an order is agreed.
