I tried so many times to get verified but nothing seems to work

Can’t seem to get verified no matter how much I retry the process.

Last update seem to break the app. Ever since the recent update it says for me to check my internet connection. My internet is just fine. The app on the other hand is simply broken. Very ironic considering the last update supposed to be “improvement and bug fixes”. Have to use the website until this app gets fixed, whenever that will be.

The app is disappointingly badly coded which show a reflection of the quality of service from Wipay. From the long and extremely time consuming sign up process, to taking up to 3 weeks to be verified to the basic services it boast about not even working half the time. The app was half baked and released too soon.

It’s been a whole 2 month’s waiting for transfer from the app to my bank account still nothing. You can call the very hard to find contact number and they will just send you to voicemail over and over. I can’t even purchase the in app card right now because it’s been unavailable since i signed up. However the tap to receive payment is somewhat fast. The app has really good potential just wish they at least had better customer support.
