### 2/5 — Poor upgrade with AI - Strongly suggest improvement.

I have been using this app for a couple of years. I think it was much better without the AI integration. Right now with the AI thing, we can select only two colours and wait for a long time to see the output. Previously we can just try out as many colours as we wanted. 
Dear Asian paints team,
I strongly suggest to keep the “try out as many colours as the user wants approach” just like old times which applies the selected colours instantly real-time, and then use the AI rendering for the final output as an option if the user selects to do so. That way the app could actually be a lot more useful as well as AI based outputs could give great results.

This is a pathetic app. What should’ve been their support turns out as their weakness to business. Here are the issues:
1. App hangs and need to restart often 
2. Color on the palette does not match the color painted even in its own app on the wall. This is inexcusable. 
3. Color on app doesn’t match on the wall.  I know there are challenges to this but even considering those, this one performs way below par. It will be GROSSLY misleading if we use this app color to choose color to paint. 
4. Colors selected do not remain in the selected color the next time you want to same on another room another picture. 
5. Search doesn’t work for some codes given within the same app. 

It will be totally misleading to use this app. I finally went with my hunch and selected based on actual colors in its brochure. Much safer.

I have two serious concern regarding this app 1.why there is no search button for the second choice of colour or texture or wallpaper. 2.many times the app doesn’t open . Only shows it’s first page. I hv to uninstall and reinstall it . As a result all of my saved designs gets deleted. After reinstalling also,it shows  data downloading error!!! Pathetic experience!!!

I express my extreme dissatisfaction with the painting service provided by your company. Not only was the quality of the work subpar, but I also discovered evidence of fraudulent behavior by your employees, which is completely unacceptable.

Firstly, the quality of the painting job completed by your team was far below industry standards. The paint was unevenly applied, leaving streaks and patches throughout the walls. Additionally, there were numerous areas where the paint had dripped onto the floor and furniture, causing damage that will require further repair and expense. The lack of attention to detail and professionalism is appalling.

Furthermore, I have reason to believe that your employees engaged in fraudulent practices during the service. Upon further investigation, I found discrepancies in the amount of paint used compared to what was originally quoted. It appears that your employees deliberately exaggerated the amount of paint needed for the job, resulting in inflated costs for materials. This deceitful behavior is unethical and reflects poorly on your company's integrity.

As a paying customer, I expect to receive high-quality service and honest dealings from any company I choose to do business with. Unfortunately, my experience with your painting service has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

I demand a full refund for the inadequate workmanship and fraudulent practices conducted by your company or immediate action to address these issues and ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. Failure to rectify this situation promptly will compel me to escalate this matter further.

Dear Asian Paints Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your employees. I booked a painting job through the Asian Paints app on August 25, 2023. He collected payment, sent unprofessional painters, and refused to address the issues. I complained on November 1, 2023, through your helpline, but received no response. This has left a negative impression of Asian Paints.

I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution. Please respond within 24 hours.

I think it lacks a very basic functionality of selecting the colours through their own codes (I mean the codes that Asian Paints provided in there own catalog) Other than that the app itself is good, but giving 1 star only because I’m unable to use it because of the above reason. I’m only comfortable with the colour codes they provide in their catalogs.

Asian paint was earlier known for its quality products. Now I see that they don’t care for customer and product quality is also absolutely not worth. Any amount of escalation they are not worried. Asian sales managers or escalation managers completely avoid talking to customers when there is an issue. Their painting contracts is another scam. They just connect you with their service providers and take no responsibility/ownership for the quality of the product or service. Warranty is also managed by service providers and normally their customer service is terrible. Careful before spending exorbitant amount.

Pros:
1. Instant view to the colour shades
2. Visualisation is seamless.
3. Gives you a fair idea on how your room would look
4. App also suggests colours which will go well with the room or wall selected 

Must try:
1. They have different views of a room to show the shading and lighting effect of the colour.
2. You could also upload picture of the room you want to paint and select.

Cons:
1. The saved details cannot be viewed. There is glitch with this though we can still save them
2. Doesn’t give you the exact finish or look how it would turn out.

I would suggest users to use the Asian Paint colour book to get a hang of colours used. You can download from website.
Then pick the colour shades you want to try.

The website has better way to draw borders to check the wall you actually want to paint. In app it would end colouring all the walls.

Nevertheless it is easy to visualise against just the small cards.

Its stupefying how this made thru the testing phase. On the login page I enter my 10 digit mobile no and it errors out saying enter 10 digit mobile number. 
I wanted to visualize my house in various shades and the visualizer tool is another dud. It’ll load image from your gallery but it’ll not load any, absolutely none, asian paints shades. 
Asian paints probably did not pay the developers or at least did not pay them well enough.

Asian paints showcases they provide multiple services in this app. We availed the waterproofing and grouting service for two bathrooms. On the day we completed water proofing and grouting for one of the bathrooms we received the quotation document stating the fact that Asian paints doesn’t provide any warranty or own the service provided. According to the quote terms and conditions , we cannot hold them accountable. Why should a customer then go through this app and see the option of Asian paint services. This is very misleading and only a scheme to pocket lump sum amount of money from customer. I am awaiting for which service does the company really takes ownership. There is still painting requirements for the house. Looking forward to know whether they really do take ownership of the painting services.

App keeps on crashing in visualiser when we keep changing colors and there should be a search option for the color codes. If i have a shade card and from there i try to search in the visualiser if the search option is there it helps.

Still same bug . Once install app , after adding contact number and out credentials ,directly it’s throwing out and again if want to open still on initial screen only 🤬 if you not ready to expose this app for user friendly then better remove from App Store please don’t waste customer time .

Very, very poor user experience. Some of the many cons of the user experience: 

* There are a million colours, but you have to scroll all the way down to find one you like. 
 * Even if you know you want a shade of green or blue, you can’t search or filter among the colours. 
* Every time you take another photo to visualise, all the previous shortlisted colours disappear. 
* When you pick a colour you intuitively expect it to be the selected colour (why else did you go all the way down to pick that colour!), but it is not.
* App crashes so badly it is unusable.

Asian paints is the worst company whom you can trust to make your home beautiful. They will take your money and say that you have not paid money ( happened with me). They will put blame on this Modi company with their representatives Rajat and babu Ram . Paint is of such poor quality that it will start peeling off in 2-3 months and their labour use unparliamentary language.
Don’t ever deal with this fraud Asian company and their dealers/ representatives

1) App keeps crashing 2) You cannot search the shade color, every time you have search from the laundry list 3) Visualisations features doesn’t really work well, when you apply a color that does reflect and when you go back, the color pallet selected is lost, then the search saga continues. This app needs real patience.
