Some people colour mandalas. You would rather do a Skyline. ColourLab is 195 hand drawn cars and a drawing engine that treats you like an adult. JDM legends, Euro icons, race machines, modified builds, the Solo Icons line, and now Halloween and Cars and Christmas and Cars from the ColourLab paperbacks. THE DRAWING ENGINE Draw with a finger and your strokes taper with speed. Move slowly for a fat confident line, flick fast for a fine one. Apple Pencil gets full pressure and tilt, double tap to erase, and squeeze to change brush on Pencil Pro. Twist two fingers to rotate the canvas, like turning a sheet of paper to a comfortable angle. Pinch to zoom right into a wheel arch. Two finger tap to undo, three to redo. Mirror mode reflects every stroke around the centreline, which makes head on shots almost too easy. Eight brushes: pen, marker, watercolour, chalk, crayon, neon glow, spray paint and flood fill. Your recent colours sit in a strip that folds out of the way while you draw. COLOUR THAT BEHAVES The paint bucket reads the line art properly, with an adjustable edge tolerance for soft outlines. Hold a region to preview the fill before you commit it, so one gappy line never floods the whole bonnet. Every fill lands on its own layer you can reorder, lock, merge or delete. Then push it: gradients, carbon fibre and racing stripes, chrome and brushed metal, shade and tint, blur and pixelate. All applied per region, at full resolution. The colour picker suggests harmonies from whatever you are using, so your wheels stop fighting your paint. Hex entry, pinned favourites and an eyedropper with a magnified loupe are all in there too. THE GARAGE Start with the Starter Collection: 40 pages including all 20 Solo Icons. Twelve themed packs expand it, including the new Halloween Pack and Christmas Pack, or take Every Pack in a single purchase. A new template drops every day as a daily challenge. Build a streak, earn bronze, silver and gold coins, climb the class levels, and read your seat time on the Pit Wall, where your stats are told the way a race engineer would tell them. There are 24 Game Center achievements to chase, from First Stroke to Full Garage. HANG IT ON YOUR WALL Finish a page, then put it on your actual wall through the camera. Size it, straighten it, and see it at poster scale before you share it. FINISH AND SHARE Export on a share card in full race livery, with the car name in race type, or just the artwork. Straight to Instagram, or saved to Photos. EVERY SCREEN YOU OWN ColourLab runs on iPhone, iPad, iPhone Duo folded or open, and Macs with Apple silicon. One purchase, everywhere. SOUND FOR THE JOB Two original Auto Culture Society albums, Afterburner and Sequential, 20 tracks in total, built for long sessions. Follow the full catalogue on Spotify. TRY IT FIRST All 40 Starter Collection pages are unlocked free for 7 days. Keep them for a single one off payment. No subscription, no ads, no energy timers, nothing that nags you. MORE SCREENS ColourLab now runs on iPhone Duo, folded or open, and on Macs with Apple silicon. MORE CARS Halloween Pack and Christmas Pack: ten pages each from the Halloween and Cars and Christmas and Cars books. Halloween leads the Garage in October, Christmas in December. The garage now holds 195 pages. EVERY PACK One purchase that unlocks every template pack and the Starter Collection. HANG IT ON YOUR WALL Finish a page, then put it on your actual wall through the camera and size it to fit. FROM YOUR FEEDBACK A cleaner share card with the text out of the way. The recent colours strip folds down to a single swatch while you draw. Build thumbnails keep their shape. The coin pill is one control, not two. Telemetry has a Pit Wall that tells your stats the way a race engineer would. The splash now reads Auto Culture Society presents ColourLab. Album art can be set per album and per track. ### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-13 - The 7 day free trial on the Starter Collection now ends when it should, and the app tells you before it happens. - Five missing pages are back: Modified 2 to 4 and Race 2 to 3. - Everything you have bought or started stays yours. ### 1.2 — 2026-08-20 The biggest update to the drawing engine since launch. FINGER FIRST DRAWING Finger strokes now taper with speed. Slow and deliberate draws wide, a fast flick draws fine. Apple Pencil keeps full pressure and tilt, Pencil Pro gains squeeze to change brush, and a double tap erases. MOVE THE CANVAS Twist two fingers to rotate the page to a comfortable angle. It snaps back to straight if you only nudge it, and a double tap resets zoom, pan and rotation together. MIRROR MODE Every stroke reflects around the centreline, with a guide showing you exactly where. Ideal for head on car fronts. BETTER FILLS Hold a region to preview the fill before committing it, so a leaky outline never ruins a page. Fill layers can now be dragged to reorder and merged together. COLOUR HARMONIES The picker suggests complements, analogous pairs and triadics from your current colour. The sheet now opens compact too, so you can keep drawing underneath it. 20 NEW SOLO ICONS Twenty new single car studies join the Starter Collection, taking it to 40 pages and the full garage to 175. TELEMETRY AND ACHIEVEMENTS A full stats dashboard for your seat time, streaks, coin economy and brush habits, plus 24 Game Center achievements. Effects now render in the background, so applying a gradient or chrome finish no longer freezes the sheet. ### 1.1 — 2026-05-06 - Updated drawing experience. - Updated brush implementations. - Updated fill effect. ### 1.0 — 2026-04-28 No release notes. ## Apps similar to ColourLab | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Cars Coloring Books](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/cars-coloring-books/id6639604844) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Entertainment | | [TrainSpotting](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/trainspotting/id1194611029) | 5.0 (3) | Free | Entertainment | | [PaintMe - Color by Number](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/paintme-color-by-number/id6761812316) | 3.7 (3) | Free | Entertainment | | [ColorNite: Skin Coloring Game](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/colornite-skin-coloring-game/id6471623920) | 4.8 (75) | Free | Entertainment | | [Alira Moon: AI Girlfriend Chat](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/alira-moon-ai-girlfriend-chat/id6757095271) | 4.5 (41) | Free | Entertainment | | [AI Coloring Page Generator](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/ai-coloring-page-generator/id6737902975) | 3.8 (18) | Free | Entertainment | ## More apps by ASHLEY DRURY - [SignalKind](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/signalkind/id6759801457) - [Auto Culture DriverCam PiP](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/auto-culture-drivercam-pip/id6760829542) - [Auto Culture Society Car Hub](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/auto-culture-society-car-hub/id6761681015) - [CPD For Construction Engineers](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/cpd-for-construction-engineers/id6762530598) - [TextQuay: File Convert for AI](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/textquay-file-convert-for-ai/id6766624892) All apps by ASHLEY DRURY: https://appshunter.io/developer/1880749523 ## Related topics [ashley drury](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/ashley-drury) --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
