## What is ColourTrainer?

Learn color by seeing, comparing and practicing it. ColourTrainer combines short, deterministic exercises with useful color names and approachable explanations.

TRAIN ACROSS FOUR TRACKS

• Spectrum Explorer helps you practice neighboring color families and the boundaries between them.
• Tone Specialist develops your eye for differences in lightness, chroma and hue within a color family.
• Color in Motion brings those skills into animated scenes with shapes and ducks that fly, swim and walk.
• Flip & Match is a color-memory game with six board sizes, Easy through Extreme difficulty, varied color families and a seed in every completion summary.

A DAILY CHALLENGE BUILT FOR VARIETY

Take a balanced Daily Challenge mixing Spectrum, Tone and Motion exercises across multiple difficulties. Choose between 10 and 100 rounds, revisit recent runs, share a challenge seed with friends, or enter their seed to try the same mix with newly arranged questions and objects.

LEARN A NEW COLOR EVERY DAY

Discover the Color of the Day, its family, digital values and closest CSS color. Browse and search the offline color atlas, then add the Color of the Day widget to your Home Screen or Lock Screen for a new name each day.

MADE FOR COMFORTABLE PRACTICE

• Untimed answers and an “I cannot tell” option.
• Adjustable session lengths and saved progress.
• Display and environment reminders that stay informational.
• VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion support.
• Ten interface languages.
• Offline exercises, atlas and saved statistics.

FREE TRAINING, OPTIONAL SUPPORT

Every exercise, Daily Challenge, color guide and widget is free. An optional supporter purchase unlocks four permanent daypart wallpaper sets—Morning, Day, Golden Afternoon and Moonlit Night. Each set includes Lock Screen, Home Screen and two 16:10 desktop designs. Supporters can share or save the wallpapers and the optional Home support prompt is removed. All supporter tiers unlock the same benefits; repeat tips are optional and grant no additional features.

ColourTrainer is educational software, not a medical, diagnostic or calibrated color-measurement tool. Color appearance can vary with the display, its settings, ambient light and viewing conditions.
