## What is COLREG Made Easy?

COLREG Made Easy is a complete, offline-first reference and study tool for the
International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea — built for deck
officers, cadets, and anyone preparing for maritime exams (MCA, USCG, STCW,
and equivalent national certifications).

WHAT'S INSIDE

- Situations — interactive give-way and stand-on scenarios, covering crossing,
  overtaking, head-on, and restricted-visibility encounters
- Lights & Day Shapes — visual reference for vessel identification by night
and day, from both side-profile and end-on (bow/stern) viewpoints
- Sound & Light Signals — every signal pattern, with offline audio playback
so you can study without a connection
- Full Rules Text — the complete regulations, searchable, organized by part
  and annex
- Quiz Mode — test yourself against realistic scenarios before you sit an
  exam or a company assessment

BUILT FOR LIFE AT SEA

Every audio file and reference screen works fully offline — no signal
required. Study on watch, in your cabin, or between assignments, without
worrying about connectivity.

FREE TO START

The three most common encounter types (head-on, crossing to port, crossing
to starboard) are free, permanently. Unlock the full set of situations,
lights, signals, and quiz content with a single one-time purchase — no
subscription, no recurring charges.

WHO IT'S FOR

Deck officers, cadets, and watchkeepers who need a fast, reliable reference
they can trust — whether refreshing knowledge before a Flag State exam or
double-checking a rule during a watch.

Developed by a working Master Mariner, not adapted from a generic quiz
template.
