When myself or business partner need to fund the account it takes days to have checks clear. If we do not write a check and we need to fund the account we are forced to withdraw cash from another bank to deposit money. I try to login and, after entering my login and pw my only option to get a secure login code is for the automated system to call me but it is unable to “heat” me hitting 1 so I can’t get into my damned account. There is no way to move money - no transfer, no Zelle so I have to write myself a check just to access my own money. Beyond the most basic questions, you will need to go to the branch to get your questions answered.
