Example, being my credit card, when I pay it on the app it doesn’t show the amount subtracted right away unlike my other bank/app (I have two separate banks) and my other bank is so easy to use and shows my statements right away. I use multiple banks for our various business accounts to and Columbia is the absolute worst online banking experience. I’m just too lazy to close all my accounts at Columbia. The app and the online system make it extremely difficult to see older transactions. One of our credit unions online system allows us to seamlessly view transactions from years ago. Recently this app just would not open!! Yes, it’s updated routinely due to all the bugs they must encounter.
