Today was my first in person Yoga class ever and it will not be my last. The staff welcomed me with open arms and were so kind. Thank you for everything!

Teachers at the Columbia Yoga center are highly skilled and generous with their knowledge. Every class is different but all are effective in helping students maintain proper alignment and focus on the breath.
