However, it would be great to be able to add your membership card directly to your Apple wallet for easy access. ### 2/5 — Cannot import pass *2026-06-10, version 1.2.10* Wasted 20 mins trying to import the family pass into the app wallet. The ground in some areas were dirty, littered with hair, debris and used food cartons. I don’t live near the Zoo, but with this app I can see what’s going on there every day and learn all about the Columbus Zoo and the amazing animals that live there. It also includes websites and everything on them. Getting to membership cards is clunky. And it logs you out of your passes and then you’re awkwardly in line holding things up while you try to regain access to the cards. It also shouldn’t take 3 clicks to get to the passes.
