Now it won’t connect at all and has been this way for awhile. Don’t waste your time with it. ### 1/5 — Com Dex *2023-04-16, version 1.3* This is absolutely useless this app, it is totally unreliable and hardly ever works. Get your programmers to sort it out. The loop connects to the iPhone Bluetooth without a problem and I can stream music and calls, just not connect to the app on the phone. Even with technical help at WIDEX working with my specialist has not fixed the problem. Before my old loop battery wouldn’t take a charge, I was able to connect to the loop-app. and adjust volume, etc. But for some reason I cannot connect to the loop to the app. any longer!! 12/1/2022. I have all the same problems as other reviewers I see that these bad reviews date back from 4 years ago through to the present and in all this time Widex has failed to resolve the problems.
