## What is CombDoku?

CombDoku is a cozy hexagonal logic puzzle — Sudoku’s cousin on a honeycomb, with Hexley as your guide.

Each colored region is a honey patch. Place exactly one bear in every patch so that no two bears share a comb lane in any of the three hex directions.

Two rules. That’s the whole game.

• One bear per honey patch
• One bear per comb lane

Every puzzle has exactly one solution, reachable by deduction. No guessing.

WHY HEX?

Square-grid “Queens” games need three rules. On a honeycomb, neighbors already share a lane — so CombDoku only needs two. Easier to learn. Richer to scan.

HOW TO PLAY

Tap once to leave a claw mark (notes never cost a heart). Double-tap to place a bear. Wrong placements cost a life — so mark what’s impossible first.

Hexley walks you through the rules, then a real board, so you’re playing — not reading a manual.
