I love how these apps can help people but I need one for anger issues cause I get mad over the littlest things and it’s hard to calm down so if you can make an anger app like these I would LOVE it!! These apps are the ones I’ve been looking for!

I think it’s a good app; it tells you what to do to look for in OTHER people, it doesn’t help you if you have one it just shows information about it.
