Buy Tickets (should show at all time) 2. Schedule (usfull) 3. You seem to concentrate on my trips ### 1/5 — This is a scam *2026-06-24, version 2.2.4* I purchased a ticket through the app but in failed to add the ticket to my apple wallet. I was given a generic error message then the main screen loaded. I got no confirmation e-mail either despite entering my e-mail when purchasing the ticket and being told I’d get a confirmation email. This means I can’t retrieve the ticket I paid for. I am also finding it impossible to contact customer services. Trying to go via the chat but agent just loops me back to the booking page. ### 2/5 — Needs more customer discovery *2026-06-02* It’s an OK product in need of real customer feedback. Feels a bit like it was built by a team that either couldn’t talk to customers or wasn’t permitted to do so. It’s got potential. It would go even better if they opened up an api for developers to use to help with train tracking, forecasting, and schedules. It might take some of the pressure off this team who probably had more than this app to handle. Great work and I hope they can speak with customers to get better testing data in their hands! ### 1/5 — App needs improvement *2026-05-23* The CP app is extremely glitchy and unreliable. Given that many train stations lack appropriate information for travelers regarding arriving and departures a working app would be a great resource . My advice: print your tickets or save them to apple wallet if you have an iPhone . Don’t trust the app you keep your tickets or give you guidance . ### 1/5 — Does not want to work *2026-05-12, version 2.2.2* Despite my deleting and re downloading the app, keeps informing me there is no internet connection. This is utterly useless. ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2026-05-10, version 2.2.2* Terrible! Told by CP that employees to use only this app since I had another ticking app open. Well, the one I had open works! All I get from CP is the green page with the logo. I did register. But unable to look for information! ### 2/5 — So poor *2026-05-05, version 2.2.2* Why to give the number of passengers to search for trains? Why a recent arrival gets invisible just a moment after arrival? Why no booking of a ticket until (real time) departure? And so much more... ### 1/5 — Error on Startup *2026-04-28, version 2.2.2* I am unable to open the app nor the site on the web. Any eta on when this will be fixed? ### 1/5 — Clunky, terrible to use as a visitor *2026-04-10, version 2.2.2* As many ticket machines don’t take contactless payments, I thought the app would make life easier- it doesn’t. Tried to register, but when I submitted all my data, ‘an error occurred’ so was only able to buy tickets as a guest. As a guest, I had to submit id details of all passengers every time I bought a ticket, the app would not use the stored card details on my phone. When I eventually got the tickets, the option to store in my wallet did not work, so I had to rely on the email attachment. Very poor ### 1/5 — Shockingly bad *2026-04-06, version 2.2.2* I couldn’t even register my n the iOS app because the phone number field on the form insisted on resetting itself to the UAE area code every time I modified another field on the registration dialog. The zip code also required a numeric value despite the region being UK. The usability of the web page isn’t much better - after selecting a destination and date of travel the default view is every service that day starting at midnight.
