Oftentimes items don’t load. Too many ads. This app used to be decent but now it has too many problems. ### 2/5 — works half the time *2026-08-24, version 8.10.3* I’ve been using this app for year and it’s progressively gotten more glitchy as the years go by. It only works about half of the time, if that. It never loads my outfits no matter how many times I’ve updated or opened and closed the app and it’s become extremely frustrating to use. I can’t upload items and it whenever I try to add items to my outfit, it never loads or it takes me to another screen. And sometimes my outfits don’t save. Also, sometimes my collections don’t load, and it’ll say I don’t have any collections when I’ve clearly had several outfit or item collections. I’ve tried deleting and downloading the app but now it’s saying it doesn’t recognize my account info. App was fun and useful until this happened. It doesn’t crop pictures accurately for it to be listed as giving people the best result…If it’s supposed to be a cropping feature it should work like one. I tried to crop a picture of a character and instead it generated me a white button down shirt that had nothing to do with what I was cropping. That isn’t the first time it’s done either. It’s unecessary. The manual and auto cropping work just fine as there are ways to crop in editing software or in your camera roll editing already. It’s a piss poor option that’s being pushed as better when it’s worse than even the manual option. 😐 ### 1/5 — Issues with log in *2026-06-14, version 8.6.15* I’ve had this account for a very long time like back when they used to use Facebook as a log in a you didn’t have to pay for anything. But recently without me even logging off of MY account that I PAY for it logged me out and now it doesn’t let me log back in because the email or password is wrong mind you I log in all the time since they changed the fb log in access which made me create a new account w a user name and now it doesn’t let me access the account on top of that it doesn’t have anyway of contact tech support or customer service to help me get access to MY account that I PAY for.
