Left my disabled dad in his wheelchair in the pouring rain. Never turned up after pre-booking and double confirming the booking. Not interested on the phone, didn’t care they left an 80 year old stranded in the pouring rain. Found a genuine cab driver in a van cab who took us after 1.5hrs. DON’T USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!! If I could give them a zero I would! ### 2/5 — New app does not tell driver that you have paid on the app *2025-09-08, version 55.1.1* The new app doesn’t tell the driver that you have prepaid on the app like it used to. This has put me off using the app as the driver expects to be paid again!
