Left my disabled dad in his wheelchair in the pouring rain. Never turned up after pre-booking and double confirming the booking. Not interested on the phone, didn’t care they left an 80 year old stranded in the pouring rain. Found a genuine cab driver in a van cab who took us after 1.5hrs. DON’T USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!! If I could give them a zero I would! ### 1/5 — App goes off when taxi is on the way. *2025-06-02, version 34.6.19* Was good but now not fixed for ages. When the taxi is on the way it goes off & doesn’t tell you any other info! You ring the office & get told they are still trying to get you one but then the taxi is outside. By 4:07 hadn’t appeared so called the number and got automated message telling me my journey had been booked and taxi would be with me shortly. When I then spoke to the operator directly she told me they hadn’t got a taxi for me yet and they didn’t guarantee pick up times. So really it’s an utterly pointless app and no notification that there was a problem. Totally useless. ### 1/5 — Abysmal *2021-11-01, version 33.4.21* The reason so many have diverted over to Uber, is simply the abysmal service on offer from other cab firms, unwilling to make a forward step into this millennia of tech. Recommend them 👍 ### 5/5 — Great Service *2021-09-07, version 32.1.30* I have used them a few times, they are always to time, their drivers are friendly and professional I would recommend them. ### 3/5 — Bugged app *2025-01-27, version 34.6.19* The app has been bugged for months and doesn’t seem to be being addressed at all considering it’s not been updated for 3 months, the second a job is accepted it closes the app, you can completely close the app and go back in and it works UNTIL you go back to the accepted job so you can’t see where the driver is etc unless you call and get a rough eta, text to let you know they’ve arrived but handy to know how long at a glance ### 2/5 — New app does not tell driver that you have paid on the app *2025-09-08, version 55.1.1* The new app doesn’t tell the driver that you have prepaid on the app like it used to.
