Sebbene sia già stato segnalato a dicembre, non è ancora stato corretto con un aggiornamento INDISPENSABILE il problema nella visualizzazione a seguito della versione nuova di iOS 16. Di fatto così è inutilizzabile, soprattutto la funzione di riproduzione remota dove risulta tagliata l’immagine. 3 mesi per un aggiornamento?

Risolto il problema della visualizzazione: peccato che ora, appena dopo aver aperto l’app, tutti i device (provato più volte su iPhone e iPad diversi) si scaldano in modo incredibile già dopo qualche secondo, tanto da dover toglierselo dalle mani. Aspetteremo altri mesi perché si risolva anche questo?

Riscrivo questa recensione dopo aver contattato l’assistenza tecnica come suggerito, in pochissimo tempo ho risolto tutto. Che dire…. tecnici sempre sul “pezzo”. Ringrazio il tecnico che con due domande ha risolto il problema sul mio videoregistratore. STELLE MERITATE

Depuis la dernière mise à jour et le passage sur ios17 plus de notifications
Dommage car l’appli fonctionne bien et le notification était très importante pour la sécurité et les livraisons

L'app in se è semplice da usare e devo dire che nn mi ha mai dato problemi, l'unica nota negativa è che non si può cambiare il suono delle notifiche inviate dal sistema di sicurezza.

Da settimane l’app va in crash ed è sostanzialmente inutilizzabile. Segnalo il problema nella speranza che i vostri sviluppatori possano provvedere alla soluzione del problema che rende una app tutto sommato funzionante in una che non è più utilizzabile.

Adesso ho un costoso sistema di videosorveglianza e l'app si blocca sempre! Una volta che l'app funziona, non è proprio buona. Quando lo apro va sempre in crash. Grazie Comelit!

Neanche dopo il update per il supporto per ios 17 non funziona. 
Adesso basta. Lo cambio il sistema e non consiglio a nessuno COMELIT!
