Bonjour, j’ai une instal Visto Comelit depuis 3 ans et depuis 1 semaine je n’ai plus d’avis d’appel de l’interphone. Je précise que je rencontre ce problème avec mes deux iPhone mais cela fonctionne avec des smartphone androïde ! J’ai tout effacé et réinstallé et idem. Dois-je changer pour androïde ? A l’avance merci de votre réponse rapide

Bonjour,
Cela fait environ un an que je possède ce dispositif à mon portail.. 
j’ai constamment rencontré des problèmes de connexion.. 
A plusieurs reprises j’ai effectué des RESET sans amélioration du fonctionnement.. 
Depuis plusieurs semaines, c’est simple.. cela ne fonctionne plus…
Catastrophique.

Impossible de faire la mise à jour même après plusieurs reset et nouvel essai ?
Toutes les étapes ont été suivi j’arrive à connecter mon téléphone mais je ne reçois aucune notification ?
A quand une version fiable???

Je confirme que les mises à jours ne fonctionne pas. Les appels ne sont pas transmis au téléphone. 
J’ai l’impression que le SAV ne sait pas d’où ça vient.

J’ai acheté ce produit il y a 3 semaines, je peux simplement visionner, je ne reçois aucun appels après de nombreux tests et cela même si la sonnette est collé à la box. Impossible non plus de faire la mise à jour qui est demandé sans cesse, le téléchargement reste à 0%.. ce n’est pas un soucis wifi mais un problème logiciel/appareil

Здравствуйте. Вызваная панель внешним видом очень хороша. Но почему нет нормальной поддержки: обновления прошивки устройства и самого приложения. Облачное хранилище не работает так как сам пакет годовой купить не возможно. Пакет free с записью на сутки тоже не работает. Не понимаю разработчики. Я лично готов платить 30-90 евро или долларов  за годовое облачное хранилище. Мне данный звонок удобен. Так как на рынке эти единственный звонок такого плана с нормальным откликом. Все остальные медленные но работают.

After installing, experienced some issues. Called tech support. 3 times over 3 weeks. Never answered. Emailed their team, no answers. 

I have installed other Comelit products and am an installer. 

Run away! Don’t buy it. 

(It still didn’t work) ended up installing a sky bell

It’s never been easy to use. And now it won’t even let me login. 

The login page just keep loading for a while, and then the loading ring disappears, nothing happens!

The app logs out all the time so when someone rings the bell it only works when username and password have been re-entered and by then the person on the door is gone. I have spoken with the installer and they don’t know what to do to resolve this issue. Also had a day when it wouldn’t stop ringing on the phone each time someone pressed the bell unless the app was manually closed. Even putting the phone on silent didn’t stop it.  Resetting the whole system helped. It is expensive for these faults to be occurring as it renders the system useless. Any answers please?

Купил в ноябре 2018. Не доволен, т.к. устойчиво работает единственная функция - включение моего старого звонка. Что я и без этого «изделия» имел раньше. Запись в облако по движению - сработала несколько раз и перестала. Вчера перестала работать передача вызова на мобильный телефон. Сейчас ищу альтернативу, хотя внешний вид вызывной кнопки действительно хорош.

This system just doesn’t work as advertised, at all!!   If you turn motion detection on, get ready for multiple false alarms. Got comelit to replace my 2 units, and the new ones won’t even connect to the WiFi and update. I’m extremely frustrated with this, and I’m an installer. Other comments about adding users are totally correct and it’s done in a ridiculous manner. Comelit, i feel owes me money for my trouble with this device!  Do not purchase.

Day by day is not working properly. Now my phone is not receiving the calls at the door.
I have reset all devices and switch off but is not working.
It’s necessary a big update.
I’m thinking to change it.

Impossible d’installer la caméra , je fais toute la Synchronisation jusqu’au wifi et mot de passe et d’un coup l’application se ferme . J’ai même acheté un nouveau dispositif et c’est pareil

Developers are not taking care of the app at all. This product worth nothing without the app.
When receiving a call the video image is not activating, audio connection is breaking up or not connecting. This is not a internet issue, tested internet speed and also tested with phone connected on wifi.
I would expect that a company involved in intercom solutions to have more care on their products. I am also an installer and this issue makes me think to avoid your products for my future projects in residential areas.

Il marche puis ne marche plus puis remarche.
Depuis 2 semaines ne marche plus du tout.
Impossible d’obtenir du support, pas de service client disponible ni en ligne ni au téléphone !
Inacceptable. Éloignez vous de ces produits !

Easily the worst app I’ve ever used in recent memory. A complete piece of junk. I’m annoyed that our installer chose this company for our intercom systems but the product and app are awful. The app is unbearably slow and unresponsive. When I try to upgrade the firmware of my device, the app remains spinning forever… literally, it does nothing. Camera responsiveness and quality is something from 1992. There aren’t enough negative things I can say about this

Depuis 2 semaines impossible d’activer la caméra (dispositif hors ligne (0)(-2).
Plus d’appels non plus quand on donne à la porte. 
J’ai déjà essaye de réserver 2 x et rien ne fonctionne.
Impossible de mettre à jour l application.

Bon produit qui fonctionne depuis 3 ans!
Sonnette hors ligne et impossible de se connecter depuis quelques jours avec iPhone 11 et IOS 16.1.1.
Fonctionne sur IOS 15.7.1 et iPhone 7

Il sistema si impalla sovente , e bisogna ripetere ogni le lunghissime operazioni per ri installare dall’inizio tutto, l’assistenza da remoto non può fare nulla e vede sempre tutto funzionante , l’assistenza degli installatori non c’è

mancano funzioni base per la ricerca nei video tipo avanti veloce  etc..etc..  il login è sempre ritardato rispetto all'avvio del video (prima si vede poi si logga) ma nel complessivo fà il suo lavoro

this camera had over one the best design s simple and efficient. i found the app needing a lot of news features and updates, such as easier to find motion detector triggers and able to set motion option without being sent a pop up screen like s call. will be useful to have s bit more user friendly the app such as ring. also sometimes the video saved is really poor quality can’t see anything pixelated. the call response it’s 3/5 seconds and open app 3-5 seconds to see who’s outside overall maximum 10 seconds. needs software upgrade modernised.

Really stodgy with logging on. By the time you connect the prospective visitor is long gone. Good video quality even in the dark but it’s just too slow. My wifi router is less than 8ft from the doorbell unit but doesn’t help connectivity. I’m enjoying the months free cloud storage, but it doesn’t work, no events. I ring it myself to review the ‘event’ but still doesn’t work. Good luck getting me to sign up and pay for this service in future. Just very disappointed with it, go elsewhere or enjoy the ‘disappointment’, coz with Comelit it’s in the post. I fit gsm Videx and AES intercoms professionally, this was for my home, should have stuck with what I know. Waste of time and money routing cables and installing.

Es wäre super wenn man die Benachrichtigung für Bewegungsmelder ausschalten kann ohne die Klingelfunktion auch abzuschalten.

Update: die neue Version hat einen Fehler auf dem IO 13.1.13 man bekommt im Klingelton Menü keine Klingeltöne mehr angezeigt, dort ist nur noch die Möglichkeit gegeben die Auflösung anzupassen. Hier scheint was schief gelaufen zu sein.

Version 1.6.700 : Videos aus der Cloud (Bewegungserkennung) haben Knacks Geräusche wie eine Geiger Müller Zähler. Mann kann nichts mehr richtig verstehen. Auch im Libestream sind die Geräusche vorhanden nur nicht so stark wie im Cloud Video. Mit der Klingel scheint aber alles in Ordnung zu sein, habe auf dem iPad noch die alte Visto Version drauf und mit der keine Probleme. Im letzten Bug Fix wurde auch nicht das Problem mit den Klingeltönen behandelt. Daher Abwertung auf 2 Sterne bis das gefixt wurde.

Very disappointed. The app is very awkward, there are hardly any instructions and if you get this to work it will likely be by accident. As the only video doorbell with a switched output, Comelit were onto a real winner but then stopped short of making this practical and usable
