It’s constantly not working. Great concept if they could get it to work consistently ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-06-19, version 7.4.1* If I could rate 0 stars I would. This app never functions correctly, is always losing connection to the Comelit device, and is the most unreliable door entry app I’ve ever used. There are universal problems that all users seem to experience (inability to actually answer door calls, app glitching, phone not connecting to Comelit device) and the support team is always saying it’s a property management issue but it is clearly a hardware/software issue on the apps end. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-06-06, version 7.4.1* Half the time people can’t get a hold of me they try to ring me and it just says I’m unavailable. It’s also supposed to be a backup if I forget my keys but I can’t even get a hold of myself. ### 1/5 — Why won’t they fix this all *2026-05-15, version 7.4.0* I literally NEVER write reviews on the App Store but this app is sooo frustrating because I HAVE to use it due to my building using the Comelit system. Please get better tech team and fix the app. It’s ridiculous! It never works the way it’s supposed to. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-05-14, version 7.4.0* This system does not work. My apartment complex installed them and ripped out our old intercoms. I don’t get at least 3/4ths of the calls. I can’t buzz delivery people into the building. The customer service keeps telling me to delete and reinstall the app. It only works for a few days then completely breaks again. ### 1/5 — 90%+ failure rate *2026-05-14, version 7.4.0* This app is supposed to allow me and others in the building to remotely open the front door. Not only do calls typically not go through, but the camera access doesn’t work and the door doesn’t open. Functionality is wildly sporadic, don’t rely on this for anything! And the best response I’ve received from Comelit is “have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?” Best advice: just delete it! Heard from Comelit asking me to reach back out to the same team that already told me they have no interest in helping. Why would that be a good idea? ### 1/5 — Alexa non funziona *2026-04-30, version 7.4.0* Durante il processo di registrazione va in crash ### 1/5 — Spesso l’app non si connette al citofono *2026-04-29, version 7.4.0* Ho un citofono connesso. Spesso e volentieri l’app risulta non connessa, non riuscendo quindi ad aprire il cancello di casa da remoto. Paradossalmente se invece uso l’app Alexa alla quale il citofono è connesso funziona. Quando qualcuno citofona e provo a rispondere da remoto il 99% delle volte non riesco a farlo (motivo per cui l’ho comprato). Se non verranno risolte le problematiche a breve lo sostituirò con uno della Vimar o Biticino che sembrano funzionare molto meglio. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even load *2026-04-28, version 7.4.0* As soon as the app loads, it kills off and exits the app. Just moved into my new building but I have no access to the intercom system and can’t receive guests or deliveries. Disable iOS notifications? Does not matter. It will call you anyway, and there won’t be an option to ignore or dismiss the call. ### 4/5 — Tempi *2026-04-21, version 7.3.4* Insoddisfazione generale per tutti i tempi coinvolti nel processo di risposta ad una chiamata (tutti troppo corti): - tempo di avviso chiamata - tempo che intercorre tra accettazione e apparizione immagine - tempo di attivazione del microfono - tempo di durata della conversazione. Le istruzioni per intervenire autonomamente non sono presenti o non sono descritte in maniera chiara. ### 1/5 — 使えないシステム *2026-04-21, version 7.4.0* 勝手にユーザー無効化される。応答してないチャイムも応答した表示になる。そもそも携帯を使わないとインターホン使えないなんて不便。せめて使いたい人だけ使うシステムとかにしろよ。これしかオートロック開ける方法がないのに不具合ばっかりで応答すらできないとか意味不明。 ### 3/5 — Spesso si blocca *2026-04-20, version 7.4.0* Sarebbe perfetta se il sistema funzionasse sempre! A volte non riesco a connettermi per aprire perché “il dispositivo non risulta connesso”. Spesso non riesco a connettere l’audio cosi il corriere se ne va! Da migliorare! ### 1/5 — Nothing but headaches *2026-04-17, version 7.4.0* Since my building installed the Comelit system, it’s been a massive pain. For every time it works successfully, it fails to work twice. The app is constantly saying push notifications have expired or some nonsense - signing out and in again used to fix it but not any more. It’s demanding a total reset and since the management company handled that, I can’t buzz anyone in now. Just in time for a building strike! Thank god we still have key fobs to get into the building ourselves. If we didn’t I woul probably have to move ### 1/5 — Man this app is awful. *2026-04-16, version 7.4.0* Really wish I didn’t have to use this. ### 1/5 — あまりに酷い *2026-04-13, version 7.3.4* 外出時にチャイムオンがしても話すことは出来ず対応できない。 解除する為の接続に時間がかかる。 一回で解除出来ない時がある。 鍵使って開けた方が早いので、何のための遠隔機能か分からない。 改善もする気も無いのだろう。 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 0 Stars *2026-08-23, version 7.4.1* I never write reviews. But it has to be known that this app/service is severely inconsistent and incompetent. The door lock screen'll time out randomly and sometimes won't even show at all even though someone is actively interacting with the intercom. I've deleted the app and redownloaded it several times and most recently, it has me walled at a "Configure Device" screen. So now I can't buzz people in at all. Comelit needs new software engineers or something idk. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-08-21, version 7.4.1* I cant gain access to the device, it finds other devices vs my own and it doesn't give you a lot of option to do anything. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-08-18, version 7.4.1* This app literally does not work ### 1/5 — Worst decision my building made *2026-08-14, version 7.4.1* My condo decided to install this system in the entire buildings. The app barely works, if someone rings and it goes through as a phone call pressing 9 does not work as they said it would. I am alerted the door bell was rang 20 minutes after the bell was rang. This was the worst decision they made. I have told people to just call me so I can physically open the door instead of dealing with this headache. The system was poorly made and I guess the condo paid for what they got. Cheap and faulty. You can’t gain access to your home. The app only functions for a week but then stops working not allowing you to let in deliveries or guests. Overall zero stars. A manual door entry button would be a lifesaver because the rings are wildly inconsistent. It looks and feels like software designed behind the Iron Curtain in the 1980s: clunky, unintuitive, and unreliable. Frequent Wi-Fi disconnects make it even more frustrating.
