I do not recommend this app for that, the delay is crazy and they don’t issue a statement that there is a maintenance going on. They just lure you in with the rates that they’re offering but the delay is very bad. don’t fall for it. You cannot trust this remittance partner just find others at this point. ### 1/5 — Disappointed.. *2026-06-24, version 6.1.14* Cannot run it on phone & iPad together..🤬🤬🤬 ### 1/5 — Aap crash regular *2026-06-01, version 6.1.11* Bohut crash hota hai aap isko sahi karo pehle video quality mein itna clear nahi rehta hai ### 1/5 — Too many glitches *2026-05-17, version 6.1.10* About 6 weeks ago I started having issue with Comera, before that all was fine one day I noticed that I had two icons on my telephone for Camera so I deleted one and it ended up deleting the whole app from that time forward I had nothing but problems I couldn’t reinstate the app it didn’t recognize my phone number and then when it finally did, it wouldn’t let me choose the people that I normally talk to on Comera then it wanted to ask me if I could have if I would give her permissions for all of my contacts and sell because of my discussed with what was going on I said OK and then when I look inside of my contacts in Comera, it only shows the five that I listed since then my mother-in-law‘s have problems with it. My husband‘s had problems with it if you wanna call somebody on FaceTime it automatically goes to Kamara. Somebody who doesn’t even use Kamara. He wants you to talk to them on Comera. I had many times trying to get it working again. Tell me I had to wait 48 hours one time I was told that I had to wait five days and then mysteriously one day it works perfectly now my cousin is having problems using it. When I contacted customer care, I was told the issue was due to the weekend. What kind of excuse is that? Does this mean we shouldn’t use our funds on weekends? One of the representatives told me they could only register the complaint and couldn’t do anything during the weekend, asking me to wait 48 hours for my money. If I can’t access my own money when I need it, then what’s the point of using Comera Pay? This is unacceptable.
