Tried to sign up and entered my Comerica cc and it said it didn’t recognize it and that the issuer doesn’t support Comerica card services…. What a joke!

Changed my password on the website because the app wouldn’t let me because I never received a email and now I can’t login on the app because it says username/password is incorrect!

As an iOS engineer myself this app makes me cringe. Every part of it is terrible. It’s like the designers and product managers are in high school doing a class project. Clearly Comerica has no experience in mobile technology nor the desire to hire anyone that does.

The app, the website, all of it doesn’t show any transaction details, and it makes it extremely hard to do business if you need to access your account data often.

You figure if the app says Comerica and you have a Comerica card, it would work, right? nope! The app keeps telling me it's not supported so it's nuts!

Can’t reset your password on the app because it won’t send you an email.  But that’s comerica. Terrible.

I love that I can set transaction alerts and purchase controls for my home equity line of credit card. it has a lot of information on the app and I don’t have to go searching for my monthly statement.
