However it doesn’t explain the location options. For always and only while using it says needed for location. If it’s set to only while using will it track mileage in the background or do I need to use always. This affects my pay, so I have it as always. Ie we use it to track employees. Sometimes task killer software may turn it off until the app is selected. We have to have the employees check constantly to make sure the app is running on their phones. ### 5/5 — Super Helpful and Easy! *2012-10-16* This product keeps track of everything for me and I don't have to do any paperwork. I used to get yelled at all the time for not turning in expenses and now I just take a picture and I'm done. Also issues with the time keep part of it!!! Do not recommend ### 1/5 — Seriously? *2016-06-14* So I keep seeing the ads for this saying that it has gps and map tracking and paperwork tracking capabilities, but I still haven't seen it. If it does have it I can't find it and if it doesn't then the ads are just propaganda and that means that they are lying to get your company onboard with it. I would really like these capabilities since I am my fleet mechanic and I use my phone as my mobile computer. I'd say pass until another review states that they are there. **Developer response:** Hello. From your description, it sounds like the ads you have seen may be referencing the mComet Manager app that goes along with Comet Suite. mComet Manager allows you to see your users latest locations on a map and tells you when paperwork has been submitted and when users clock in and out. Also my home office is able to send me job and assignments right to my device. I drive my own vehicle for work so not having to come all the way to the office to start my day is a huge thing for me. Plus ever though my network sometimes has spotty coverage the history option lets me do a "spot check" to ensure everything was submitted successfully. My lawn crews don't have to come to office anymore to clock in-they are able to clock in and out on their phone which saves valuable time and gas on any given workday. Great for Business! ### 5/5 — Awesome app!! *2013-07-26* This app has allowed me to have an electronic form submitted directly to the office from the field with out my driver having to go to the office. They have great employees that are always willing to help out. I had a couple training a and set up my own form which my drivers currently use to gather information from the field. I can also monitor drivers locations and daily activity. The ROI of this application is a great part of my company operations and how I budget.
