## What is Comet Yxlon Visual Assist?

With the Comet Yxlon App 'Visual Assist' we offer our customers a remote support solution to reduce the processing time of technical incidents. The app can accelerate and simplify the restoration of full system availability by Comet Yxlon's technical service through visual communication. The app can be used independently of the system status, allowing us to flexibly adapt our internal service processes to the respective on-site situation. With the help of the integrated VoIP and video transmission, our service technicians can react more quickly to problem situations and more intuitively record and document the underlying causes and correlations of the event. Benefits of the Comet Yxlon Visual Assist App:
