### 1/5 — Impossible to do basic things

This app is basically useless. I’ve been trying to update the cc used for my coffee subscription and the app is somewhere between non responsive to taps, telling me to use the Shop app, and generally unable to do such a basic task.

Who is your good order my coffee and not use this app because it sucks so much that it ruins my entire experience. Also I think it’s glitchy and I need an update on the app but it says I don’t need to update the app so what’s going on

You cannot get details on coffees in your cart, you cannot search, and it’s super slow

Be careful with this company. First of all they have terrible customer service and second of all don't be surprised if you place an order for coffee and they switch it out with something else before notifying you. Also, the app does not work very well.

We also now offer 24/7 chat support, so always happy to help make things right if you've felt underwhelmed with our past response times.

The coffee is so good.  I usually hate subscription services but this one works for us because the coffee tastes so good and is so easy to make.
