EuFeedback Field is the mobile app for surveyors and supervisors who perform field audits: business censuses, brand evaluations, price monitoring, distributor assessments, and customer satisfaction surveys for businesses and consumers.

Designed for commercial intelligence teams, franchise supervision, and mystery shopping operations, it enables guided visits with evidence capture, location validation, and offline synchronization.

MAIN FEATURES
- Guided Audits

Surveyors receive forms configured by their organization (NPS, CSAT, Likert scales, rankings, single-choice or multiple-choice questions) and complete them visit by visit.

Register new businesses with company name, tax ID, contacts, available brands, and GPS geolocation.

All data is securely transmitted using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections directly to your organization’s EuFeedback server.

We do not share information with third parties, display ads, or track activity outside active visits.

REQUIRES AN EUFEEDBACK ACCOUNT

This app complements the eufeedback.com SaaS platform.

Administrators configure campaigns, forms, and assign surveyors through the web portal. Data collected in the app automatically syncs with their EuFeedback tenant.
