Nothing works… I put in my dob and changes it. It doesn’t keep my profile info and last time I looked, I’m not 70% body fat. It’s a great concept but it doesn’t work for me.

40 dollars extra for the app version. Cannot even register an account. Unusable app, wastage of time and money.

This app requires you to create an account just to use it. But I haven’t been able to create the account through the app. So I went to the website and created the account. I still can’t sign into the app. 

I don’t get any indication of a bad password or email address. It just shows an X. I will be happy to change my rating when this app functions.

This app looks like it has so much potential. I was really looking forward to using it with my smart scale from the same company. It retired the data from the scale correctly. BUT every time I try to see my progress through their “Chart”, it crashes.

Was very hopeful and was pleased initially. Now the app is displaying incorrect historical data. The scale works just fine and sends the current information to the app. However when I select to see my charted data; the figures are VERY wrong. I thought maybe it was a firmware issue so I checked for updates and found that I am running the latest version. So it looks like I need to revert to the old standard of pen and paper to keep up with my progress. Disappointing too as I was sure this app would help me simplify this process and journey based on its reviews.

To get the app to stop asking you to make a profile, just delete the top default profile, and it will work!!! You welcome
