My iPad is in a case which presents a view in a horizontal position. In order to see my account I must remove the IPad from it’s case and find an alternate way to support it to allow me to check on my accounts. Also, I have been unable to find a way to download my account activity to Quicken which is my long time bookkeeping site. Therefore I find it necessary to spend a great deal of time attempting to balance my account with my quicken system and in that process the system keeps knocking me off and I have to re-enter ### 5/5 — So personable an professional *2023-12-03* Darcy was absolutely amazing. Then the people at this bank can’t put information in correctly so my login is messed up each time I go to relogin. I don’t recommend this bank to anyone! ### 1/5 — Extremely SLOW *2023-01-03, version 4.6.0* Please UPDATE the app. This application is extremely slow to log in and to check any of the services it offers.
