Voilà plusieurs semaines que l’accès à la caméra de surveillance n’est plus opérationnel. La page d’assistance semble ne plus exister.
Qu’en est il exactement ?

Malgrès les mises a jour et les échanges avec confortlife je n’arrive toujours pas a voir mes cameras home confort avec l’appli . Elle sont accessibles qu’avec la connexion sur le site . Le service client m’a dit qu'une nouvelle version règlerait le problème. Toujours rien ….  Le service client as tous les éléments y compris une vidéo et photos . C’est a vous de  trouver une solution. Il n’y a pas eu de résultats probants je vois mes camera que sur le site et non avec l’appli je suis déçu …..

L’application ne reconnaît aucune de mes commandes vocales (averti soit par message «ne ne connaître pas l’équipement », ou alors il se met en recherche continuellement).

ps: j’ai bien fait attention à donner l’accord de l’usage du micro de mon téléphone, et même de nommé l’équipements comme sur les exemples noté sur le mode commande vocale.

De qui vous moquez vous avec vos applications en carton ! Des caméras home comfort à 200 balles , adaptez sur une appli ou rien ne fonctionne !!!
