The only reason why I have to download the app is for resetting my password. 

Flashback to the 2010s where everyone is trying to force you to download their app.

I have an account with OCBC. When I wanted to top up the balance, I could not log in because the app interface won’t show the sign in button (it’s outside the frame). The app is pretty difficult to navigate as well.
